General Entry

・Entry period: From 21:00 on June 1st, 2022

 

Entry will be accepted on a first-come-first serve basis and will close once all slots are full.

Entry is made through RUNNET once entry site opens.

Access to the site, http://runnet.jp/  for your entry.

For entrants of the 29th HASETSUNE CUP

・Entry period: From 21:00 on May 20th, 2022 to 23:59 on May 27th

 

Entry is made through RUNNET once entry site opens.

E-mail will be sent to the registered E-mail address of the entrants by RUNNET to inform how to enter.

For runners who have completed the HASETSUNE CUP 15 times or more

・Entry period: From 21:00 on May 20th to 23:59 on May 27th

 

Entry will be accepted in the official site of HASETSUNE CUP.

*A postcard with URL will be sent to eligible runners.

*Entry right will be given with charge.

Invited Runner

・Entry period: From May 20th to 23:59 on May 27th

 

Eligible runner: Winner of HASETSUNE CUP in the past and “Super Adventure Green” title holder

Entry will be accepted in the official site of HASETSUNE CUP.

*A postcard with URL will be sent to eligible runners.

Provision of Entry

(1) Change of your category and cancellations due to personal reasons will not be allowed after entry is processed. No refunds will be made for overpayment or duplicate payment.

(2) The organizer will decide whether or not to reduce or cancel the event in case of earthquake, windstorm, flood, snowfall, incident, accident, epidemic, etc., and whether or not the entry fee will be refunded. Amount and announcement of refund will be decided by the organizer.

(3) I have no heart disease or illness, and will train sufficiently to compete the race. I understand risks of injury, illness, accident and loss, etc, during the event and will participate in it at my own risk.

(4) I will immediately follow the organizer's instructions to cancel the race if the organizer decides that there is a problem with continuation of the race during the event. I will also comply with any other instructions given by the organizers regarding safe management and event operation.

(5) I have no objection to receive first-aid in the event of injury or illness during the event. I will not hold the organizer responsible for the method or course of treatment.

(6) I release the organizer from responsibility for accidents, loss, illness, etc. during the event, and I will not make any claim for compensation for damages.

(7) I understand that any compensation for accidents, injury, illness, etc. during the event will be limited by the insurance covered by the organizer.

(8) My family, relatives, guardians (if a participant is a minor), or team members have consented to my participation in the race.

(9) I will not make any false declaration of age, gender, or membership of the mountain rescue insurance/jRO, and not allow anyone other than myself to participate in the race as a substitute runner. I understand if any of these are detected, the entry and awards will be cancelled, and I will be disqualified from the next and subsequent races.

I understand that the organizers will not be held responsible for any false declarations or substituted runners, including first aid and refunds.

(10) I agree that images, photographs, articles, records, etc. (personal information such as name, age, gender, record, portrait, etc.) will be reported, published or used by media such as newspaper, television, Internet, brochure, etc. I understand that the right to publish and use such information belongs to the organizer.

(11) Personal information of applicants for the event will be managed in accordance with terms and conditions set by the organizer, which will be stated separately.

(12) In addition to the rules above, I follow the rules and regulations of the organizer. (In

case of any discrepancy, the rules and regulations will take precedence).

Management of Personal Information

The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information and will strictly observe the Personal Information Protection Law.

The organizer will manage personal information in accordance with the organizer's personal information protection policy.

The information will be used for better service to the participants to provide event information, records/rankings, service of sponsors etc.
